Business management degree or master's Degree

Business management degree or master's degree in the field of education to teach business management to employees or children.


The business management major also includes eight core courses in business management: Strategic management, Operations management, Human resources management, Information technology, Information systems, Risk management, Marketing, and Finance. The student-teacher ratio is 15:1. Enrollment is around 500.

Master of Business Administration



Approximately 2,000 students are enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with concentrations in accounting, finance, information systems, information management, marketing management, and strategy. Admission requirements for the business management major are: completion of the three-semester basic undergraduate program, grade point average of 3.0, or equivalent, required English and quantitative reasoning courses.

Master of Science in Education with a focus in business management

Approximately 2,600 students are enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Education (BSEd) program. Admission requirements for the BSEd program: a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or at least 12 semester hours in one or more of the following courses: management, information systems, industrial management, human resources, mathematics, business administration, or marketing. In addition to the core courses in business management, the BSEd program requires: a minimum of 20 semester hours in at least three different areas of the education field; a combination of courses in administrative, general, and social sciences. An emphasis on those areas of social sciences and teaching, business management, and industrial management are required. This program requires a specialized four-semester internship, usually in the industry of a major industry.


Master of Accounting


Approximately 4,400 students are enrolled in the Bachelor of Accounting (BA) program. Admission requirements include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or at least 12 semester hours in at least four subjects of a business-related field. With specific concentration in accounting, students must attain a minimum grade point average of 2.5 or higher on the combined courses of accounting, financial analysis, and analysis of financial statements. Students in the master's program can earn 30 credit hours to complete their bachelor's degree and 12 credit hours toward their accounting master's degree.


Students can also earn 30 credit hours toward their bachelor's and 12 credit hours toward their accounting master's degree by completing one of the following classes: Accounting I, Advanced Financial Analysis, Advanced Quantitative Analysis, or Business Law, and approximately 12 credit hours toward their accounting master's degree by completing either Advanced Financial Analysis, Advanced Quantitative Analysis, or Business Law.


Master of Accounting Education


Approximately 1,500 students are enrolled in the Bachelor of Accounting Education (BACEd) program. Admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or at least 12 semester hours in at least four subjects of a business-related field. In addition to the core course in accounting, students must attain a minimum grade point average of 2.4 or higher on the combined courses of accounting, finance, business information systems, and business administration.


Students in the Master of Accounting Education program can earn 30 credit hours to complete their bachelor's degree and 12 credit hours toward their accounting master's degree by completing either Accounting I, Advanced Financial Analysis, Advanced Quantitative Analysis, or Business Law, and approximately 12 credit hours toward their accounting master's degree by completing either Accounting I, Advanced Financial Analysis, Advanced Quantitative Analysis, or Business Law. Approximately 3,300 students are enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
